1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health supplements, vitamins, skincare, and wellness products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Opened skincare or beauty products
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless damaged)
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) was used, refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by MediGlow Store.


5. Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

We do not exchange products due to personal preference or change of mind.


6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because of our mistake or a defective product, MediGlow Store will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure outlined above.
